Description

Unused Iconsys-manufactured electrical room housed in a converted 20ft ISO high-cube container, fitted with distribution panels and AC/DC UPS equipment.

Equipment includes:

400V three-phase distribution and fan/pump control. three-phase general distribution, lighting and power distribution with load-shedding facility..

230V AC & 125V DC UPS** and distribution, originally specified for 15 minutes’ backup at 15kVA..

Internal lighting, cable containment and air-conditioning equipment as shown in the photographs.

With complete As Built documentation and drawings
Note ** All UPS batteries are scrap due to prolonged non-use and require replacement. Backup durations are original design specifications, not current operating capabilities.
